Queen Cove is located on the northwest coast of Vancouver Island, just north of Nootka Island. Located at the mouth of Esperanza Inlet, it offers excellent sheltered waters - the best in about 100 km of coastline - while being only a few minutes away from the open ocean.
Nestled in a valley surrounded by steep forested mountains, from the cove is a stellar view out to open ocean. Catala Island Provincial Marine Park and Nuchatlitz Provincial Marine Park are 5 and 15 minutes away by boat respectively.
Queen Cove is only accessible by boat or float plane. The nearest villages to which you can drive on wheels are Zeballos and Tahsis, each about 45 minutes by boat.
